Terry Andrade, LCSW
Terry Andrade is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Psychotherapist and the founder of Con Cora Health and Con Cora Foundation both created from a place of purpose, love, and lived experience.
Her work is deeply rooted in grief, loss, and healing not only professionally, but personally. Terry has experienced profound loss in her own life, the loss of her brother at a a young age and the recent passing of her mother, which transformed the way she understands pain, presence, and what it truly means to support someone through their hardest moments. Because of this, her work is not just clinical it is personal.
With a background in hospice and end-of-life care, Terry has supported individuals and families through some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives. At the same time, her work extends far beyond grief. Terry works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, caregiver stress, life transitions, and identity challenges helping clients build coping skills, find clarity, and reconnect with themselves.
Con Cora Health was built to be more than a therapy practice it is a safe space where people can come as they are, without pressure or judgment, and begin their healing journey. Her approach blends evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a strong emphasis on empathy, authenticity, and human connection.
Through Con Cora Foundation, Terry extends that mission into the community by providing support, resources, and initiatives focused on mental health, grief, and access to care especially for those who may not otherwise have it.
Terry provides services in both English and Spanish and is committed to creating spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported.
Her mission is simple: to walk with people through their pain, growth, and healing and remind them that they are not alone. Con corazón, with heart.
