Con Cora Hearts Holiday Project

This holiday season, Con Cora Health is proud to introduce the Con Cora Hearts Holiday Project — a compassionate social initiative designed to spread hope and connection within our community.

Through this campaign, we invite individuals to write kind and encouraging letters to residents in nursing homes and hospice facilities who may be experiencing loneliness or grief during the holiday season. Each heartfelt message serves as a reminder that they are seen, valued, and not alone.

To express our gratitude, participants will be entered into a raffle for a special prize. 🎁
